🎾 Sporty Cat Pet Safety

Pets must be up to date on their Rabies Vaccine, titers etc. We don't believe in over vaccination but pet safety at all times.
Make sure pet care info is up to date or any medical issues prior to booking services for your pet's well being while in our care for colorado springs pet sitting + colorado springs cat sitting.

🎾 Sporty Cat Booking RSVP

For all Colorado Springs Cat Sitting or Colorado Springs Pet Sitting

Schedule a Meet N Greet - $25 before your first pet service or walk. After the first email we will send you our pet portal log in to request services.
All Payment is due upon booking to secure and confirm your pet(s) reservation. Credit Cards accepted through our Pet Portal.
All Pet Service + Walk requests must be submitted by 5 pm on Business Days (M-F).
Service requests submitted after 5 pm on Business Days or over the weekend will be reviewed the next Business Day (M-F)
50% Booking Fee for all Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Services are due at time of booking services prior to the Meet N Greet to reserve future pet care dates. The remaining payment is due by the first visit or walk.
Booking Fees + Meet N Greets are non-refundable.
Travel Fees over 10 miles etc.

🎾 Sporty Cat Cancellations

For all Colorado Springs Cat Sitting or Colorado Springs Pet Sitting

Pet Sitting Cancellations:
2 weeks notice = 50% credit.
Less than 5 days' notice: = no credit/full price charged.
Last Minute Bookings - less than 5 days notice: $25 fee
No credits or refunds for early returns/late departures as time has already been scheduled for your pet(s).

🎾 Sporty Cat Meowlidays

We require a 4-5 visit minimum for all Holidays and during Peak Seasons (Summer/Spring-Holidays) for all colorado springs cat sitting + colorado springs pet sitting services.

All Fees for services are due at the time of booking.
Additional $10-$20 per visit during the following holidays or weekends:
Spring Break (Mon-Sun)
Easter (Fri-Sun)
Memorial Day (Sat-Mon)
July 4th (Th-Sun)
Labor Day (Sat-Mon)
Thanksgiving (Mon-Sun)
Christmas/NYE (12/21-1/2)
